Sports Therapy
Injury rehab & soft tissue therapy
Focused treatment
One area, one problem. Straight into hands-on work on the thing that is bothering you.
Most popular
Assess and treat
Time to screen the movement properly first, then treat what the screen actually finds.
Full session
Assessment, hands-on treatment and a rehab plan you leave with. This is the one for a real injury.
Best for: a niggle that will not settle, a fresh strain, or a return to sport after time out.
Sports Massage
Reduce tension, improve recovery, support performance
Targeted area
Legs, back or shoulders. Quick turnaround work between sessions or before a game.
Half body
Upper or lower. Enough time to work through a full set of muscle groups properly.
Full body
Head to toe. The reset session, best taken in the days after a hard training block or a race.
Best for: heavy legs, general tightness, and keeping on top of things during a season.
Nutrition Coaching
Personalised nutrition plans
Initial consultation
A proper look at how you currently eat, train and recover, then a plan built around it.
Follow-up session
Review what worked, adjust what did not, and set the next block of targets.
Most popular
Performance nutrition coaching
A monthly subscription rather than a one-off. The plan moves with your training instead of going stale after week two.
- Initial nutrition strategy
- Weekly check-ins
- Unlimited WhatsApp support
- Monthly progress reviews
- Adjustments built around you
- Supplement review
- Ongoing support through the block
After every session you get it in writing: updated goals, any revised calorie and macronutrient targets, the focus points for the next few weeks, and a summary of what we changed.
Best for: fuelling a training block, changing body composition, or eating properly when your week is all over the place.
Taping
On its own or added to a session
Strapping and taping
Support for a joint you do not trust yet, or offloading something that flares up under load. Quick, and you can walk in for it.
Best for: match days, race days, and anything you want held together while it settles.
All sessions are tailored to your needs
Nothing here is a fixed protocol. What happens in the room depends on what the assessment finds on the day.
Two locations
Sessions run in Worthing or in Winchester, whichever is easier for you to get to.
Give me at least 24 hours notice and there is nothing to pay. Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not turning up on the day, is charged at 25 percent of the session price. Things come up, so tell me early and we will move it instead.
Keep turning up. Pay less.
One session rarely fixes anything on its own. Consistency does, so I built the rewards to back it.

Every session counts. I keep the running total, so there is nothing for you to remember on the day.
20% off
Your fifth session comes in at twenty percent off, whichever service you book.
Half price session
Buy nine sessions and the tenth drops to fifty percent off.
Half price massage
The same applies to sports massage. Every tenth one is half price.
I keep the count
Your running total is tracked for you, so there is nothing to work out at the end of a session.
Therapy and massage both count
Mix them however your body needs. Every paid session adds to the same total.
The discount comes off on the day
No vouchers, no codes. When you hit the milestone, you just pay less.
Send someone my way and when they take their first session you both get 10 percent off your next one. They just need to say who sent them. It stacks with the loyalty card, so a referral discount does not cost you a stamp.
These prices hold.
Sessions are closed for now, so nothing here is bookable yet. The list stays up so you know what to expect when Worthing and Winchester open again.
